Aditya Damani founded Credit Fair in 2018, driven by his passion to enable financial inclusion and create tangible improvements for under-served Indians.

After completing his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School, he worked at Oakam in London. He has previously also advised private equity funds setup lending businesses in India, as well as institutions managing over $4 billion in debt assets at PIMCO USA. He has a unique blend of Mobile, B2B sales and Institutional Lending experience that has helped him run and grow Credit Fair successfully.

He has total 30 years of work experience in banking domain out of which he has served as Vice President at HDFC Bank Ltd for 17 years in data center operations, IT operations management and automation, service delivery management, project and program management, software asset management, and enterprise software license contract management. He has also work experience of Deutsche Bank and Citibank both in the area of data center operations
